There is a lot of discussion and debate about such things as “Freeman on the Land” and other such movements on the internet lately. In fact people are beginning to “wake up” all over the planet and demanding they get their freedoms back.
One of the problems that has risen from these debates is the issue of statutes and whether they do and should apply to everyone within a geographical area called a province or a state. The truth is, always has been, and will continue to exist that no man can create rules that govern another man unless the governed consents to such rules. We can see this in all aspects of any free society so are we actually required to follow alleged statutes and laws of the province, state or country that we live in? That is truly a daunting question and I’ve proven the answer is “No!”
You see when legislators create new laws they often have the best interests of the people at heart. They are after all public servants and they do after all allegedly work for us and answer to us not the other way around. When we understand this properly and stop serving them but rather demand that they serve us then and only then can one truly be free and yes you can actually have them withdraw that stupid speeding ticket. I’ve proven and had this happen 3 times alone in the past year for alleged violations of Failure to Stop, Drive While Suspend and Drive with no Seat Belt. All three were withdrawn at what they refer to as a trial but no questions are asked other than “State your name for the record, please?” to my self and “We wish to withdraw the charge?” by the crown attorney.
Now you may be wondering how this can happen when a Drive While Suspend issue must be valid. I mean Holy Crap someone was operating a motor vehicle without a license and I got the crown to not only lose the case but actually admit they were wrong by withdrawing the charge due to “improper paperwork” on their behalf. In reality it’s very simple. You simply point out the errors of their attempts to charge you and demand that they prove they have authority to request funds from you or withdraw their claim. Done in writing and presented at a private meeting this can be a battle of wills between you and a prosecuting attorney but if you hold your ground you will win. Here is an example of a document I used recently to demonstrate how it can be done in Canada but it will work anywhere using the basic principles involved.
Other people may have a different way of doing this but with a personal 100% success rate so far I’ll stick to my methods and make the prosecutor prove they have what they call “jurisdiction” to press the charge and odds are they don’t. Unless you actually happen to be a city bus driver who drove into the back of another car while working and driving the city bus. Then you granted jurisdiction by applying for the job. However, if you’re not working for them at the time the same principles apply. It’s not hard to comprehend or accomplish. It just means you may have to stand toe to toe with a potential psychopath and hold your ground.
So the next time you get a stupid traffic violation ticket review this article and read my affidavit linked above. If you need or want to discuss it feel free to contact me and I can assist you in working out the details should you require it. And stop paying those unnecessary fines and losing your hard earned money to bureaucrats who didn’t earn it.

Hi Rob,
I love your blog. The link that you provided for the affidavit tells me I do not have permission to view. Please advise. I see your comment above that the link is fixed, however, that is not my experience tonight.
From you text above:
“In fact people are beginning to “wake up” all over the planet and demanding they get their freedoms back.” Would be great if people woke up to the realization that their freedom is inherent and there is nothing to ‘get back’, rather they need to stop ‘giving it away’.
I love reading and re-reading your posts. My understanding deepens a little more each and every time.
Thank you so much for what you do.
Clare
Thank you for you kind words and positive feedback. I’m pleased to hear that you are able to find value and growth in my postings. The affidavit for some reason keeps wanting passwords or something and doesn’t seem to want to cooperate with me so I posted it here as a blog post. If this doesn’t work please let me know so I can investigate this further.
Again thanks for your support and have a blessed day. 🙂
That worked! Thanks, again. 🙂
your sample letter is missing.
The link is now fixed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Rob
